ORR's special collection we've planned for a year. A pleated skirt made of high-quality pleats using enough velvet burnout fabric! Making pleats on this fabric is a very difficult process. Those who have checked our pleats making process on video remember that ORR's pleated skirt is made by as many as four engineers holding pleats by hand only for a skirt. That's why the pleats don't come off easily and stay luxurious.
